General Info
Welcome to the LMS V5 Tournament 1. This tournament is being held at Lanier Middle School in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
In order to facilitate as many teams as possible, we ask that all spectators wait in our Media Center. By helping us with this, we will be able to accommodate 18 teams. We will be live streaming the entire event so parents can watchin our Media Center until the Event Partner, Michele Langhans come and gets them. Thank you for helping us provide this opportunity to as many robotics students in our community as possible.
All Engineering Notebooks (DEN) are digital this year. You must upload your links one week before the tournament. For this tournament, the notebook should be uploaded by November 28. We will send the links to our judges
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather or other emergencies that causes travel or safety issues for most teams, the event may be postponed or canceled, as necessary. All teams will be notified and kept up to date with changes as soon as they are made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: we will credit you for a future event this season or next season. Our county has difficulty doing refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be issued.

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline is October 25.
