General Info

Hello all! We are looking forward to hosting again this year. We will be hosting in a new building this year. I am still working on all of the details so there will be much more information to come. I will put together a printable packet and attach it to this file when we get a little closer to time. Excited to see you all!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If we have to cancel for inclement weather or an unforseeable incident we will refund all appropriate funds. If you need to cancel for an unforseen reason or inclement weather please reach out to us.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will issue all refunds within 15 business days.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Payment Deadline is November 8, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Health and Safety Policies

We will be abiding by all current health and safety guidelines issued for any communicable illness. There will be lower bench seating available for those who cannot climb and plenty of handicapped accessible seating for those attending who need it. If you should require help getting someone in the building please feel free to ask at the check in desk for someone to come help. We are more than happy to accomodate.
