General Info
Bancroft School is delighted to be hosting the 2026 VEX V5 Robotics Competition Push Back Tournament. This tournament will qualify teams for the Massachusetts State Championships. Our event is being held at Fletcher Athletic Center on the Bancroft Campus at 110 Shore Drive, Worcester MA 01605.
The event date is: Saturday, February, 21, 2026
Our event will be held in our two gyms. The event spaces are located on the ground floor of the athletic center and are fully accessible without stairs.
Ample parking is available close to the event space.
Lunch will be provided to student team members and their adult coach(es). An on-site concession stand will be available for those wishing to purchase light snacks and beverages during the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes, if team withdraws from event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within two months of event date.
Any refunds will be minus the $5.00 administrative fee from RECF.
Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- Notebooks must be submitted by Friday, February 13 at 3:00 PM.
