Welcome to Farm Fresh League - V5RC Blended.
Digital Engineering Notebooks - Due by Wednesday October 29 midnight.
Monday League Dates: Oct. 6, Oct. 20 and Nov. 3
Doors open at 8:00AM
League dates and times are
October 6 - 9:00AM to 12:00PM - Registration/Setup 8:00AM
October 20 - 9:00AM to 12:00PM - Registration/Setup 8:00AM
November 3- 9:00AM to 2:00PM - Skills, Qualification Rounds, Elimination Rounds Registration/Setup 8:00AM
Payments need to be made 3 days prior to the competition start.
Please contact us if teams are arriving late or not able to show up on the day of the event.
Tournament Information:
We will have two elevated competition fields using smart field controllers.

Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for any positions that you feel are a great fit. For example - registration, score keeping, queuing, score keeping, referees, judges, etc.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Reschedule the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds. Trophies, volunteer food, and many other expenses have already been spent to put on the event.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Due date is: Oct. 29 at midnight.
