Registration Fee includes 1 Pizza per team

BOTS BY THE BAY AGENDA: 

All times are subject to change depending on demands of technology and voulnteers 

7:45 Doors Open

8:00 am: Pit opens

8:15 am:  Check-in, inspection, and skills open.
Once a team is checked-in, they may start their skills.
Get them in early! 

8:45 am: Drivers meeting​

10:00 am: Qualification Matches begin
Skills continue. Keep track of your schedule. 

12:00 pm: Lunch (Students should not leave the tournament.)

12:30 pm: Qualification and Skills Matches resume

1:45 pm: Qualification Matches and Skills Matches End

1:45 pm: Skills Fields Close

 

Alliance Selection- Immediately after the last match concludes

 

 

2:15 pm: Elimination Matches begin 

3:30 pm: Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather all atendees will be notified of cancelation of the event no later than 8PM on October 10th. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be issued to teams

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

50% Refund providing minumun 2 week notice 

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission deadline for notebooks: Oct. 4th
