In the event of inclement weather we will postpone the event and attempt to reschedule provided Facilities and Dates can be found.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will attempt to refund schools minus the amount of money REC keeps for their part.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be provided.

Livestream will begin at 8am on day of tournament.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
