8am: Doors open for all teams.

8:15am: Check-In and Inspection opens.

8:30am: Skills Field opens.

9:30am: Check-In and Inspection closes. All teams not inspected by this time will be removed from the tournament.

9:40am - 9:55am: Driver's Meeting

10:00am - 12:15pm: Morning Qualification Matches

12:15pm - 12:45pm: Lunch

12:45pm - 3:00pm: Afternoon Qualification Matches (NOTE: The skills field will close at the end of the last qualification match.)

3:15pm: Alliance Selection

3:45pm - 4:45pm: Elimination Bracket

4:45pm: Awards Ceremony

If Inclement weather occurs we will postpone the event and attempt a reschedule based on facility and date availability.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will refund teams minus the amount REC Keeps.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

NO Refunds available.

Livestream will begin at 9:30am on day of tournament.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
