General Info
I would like to welcome you to Jack E. Singley Academy. We will have two main fields, one dedicated skills field, and a practice field.
Due to lack of options near the school, we will offer meal orders two weeks before the event.
Please ensure your team's V5 brains and controllers are updated prior to arriving to the event.

Lunch may be shortened to keep the tournament on schedule as the Referee and EP see fit.
** This is a fluid agenda Alliance Selection will begin 15 minutes after the last Qualification match, and Finals will begin 15 minutes after Alliance selection is completed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather we will attempt to secure an alternate date at which time you will be given the choice securing your spot or receiving a refund minus registration fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All fees will be refunded as soon as possible.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will only be given if the cancelation is made before October 24, 2025, to the Event Partner through at [email protected]. Refunds are not given for no shows and will be expected to be paid in full.
