- Review rules, schedule, and expectations.
10:00 AM – Qualification Matches Begin
- Matches run continuously.
12:00 PM – Lunch Break (1 Hour)
- Skills Challenge field will close.
1:00 PM – Qualification Matches Resume
2:30 PM – Qualification Matches Conclude
- Alliance selection immediately follows.
3:30 PM – Elimination Tournament Begins
- Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Finals
5:30 PM – Awards & Closing Ceremony
6:00 PM – Event Concludes / Cleanup

Refund and Payment Policies
Refund Policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued according to the coach’s stated preference.
If a Coach/Mentor withdraws after completing registration:
No refunds will be provided once registration has closed.
