All teams will have 1 practice match and 6 qualification matches.
Saturday
9:00 am: Doors Open, Check-in, and Inspection
9:30 am: Skill Field Open (No skills during lunch break, skills field will close when last qualification match end)
10:00am: Judging (team shall pick time slot on white board outside of the judging room, judging will end when last qualification complete)
10:30am - 4:00 pm: Qualification matches
12:00pm - 12:45 pm - Lunch (all activites paused)
4:00pm - 4:15pm - Alliance Selection
4:30pm - 5:30pm - Finals Matches
5:30pm - 5:45pm - Awards (Please allow for some buffer for pick up)
6:00pm - 8:00pm Light supper and snacks for a post tournament Christmas/Holiday celebrations
IMPORTANT NOTE: Should you have food alergy, please bring your own food for the post event party

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.
Payment Methods: Cheque is preffered made payable to Western Mechatronics Association. Other options are available include E-transfer, Cash
