Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather or snow and we need to cancel, the event will be cancelled by 3:00 pm one day prior to the tournament. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration will then be credited to the next event we host. My school district does not allow me to refund money. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Will be on case by case basis. Registration fee may be moved to our next event, or may not be refunded per our school district policy. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
