Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If sever weather/snow prevents us from hosting, announcement will be made by 3:00 the day prior of the tournament. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration will roll over to our next tournament. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Case by case basis, registration could rollover to our next event, no refunds will be given per school district policy. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
