Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Should inclement weather occur, we will cancel by 3:00 the day prior to the tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registrations will rollover to the next event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Will consider on case by case event, if you are a no show, no registration will rolllover. I am not allowed to give a refund due to school district policy.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
