Welcome to the Troy Brainfreeze where there are cool bots and competiton is hot!
Team interviews will be in person the day of the event. Engineering notebooks will be online. Notebooks must be uploaded to robotevents by 11:59pm Saturday January 24 to be judged.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event. However, being later in the season, the event may not be able to be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is cancelled by the event partner, a full refund minus 5 dollars will be sent via district check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a coach cancels, there are no refunds.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
