Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event may be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full Refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams that cancel with at least 10 days notice before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions and In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All notebooks must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the event. No Notebooks will be accepted on the day.
