Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will monitor the weather prior to the event and the day of (your Event Partner is a former airline pilot and very weather wise). In the event of weather that makes it unsafe to attend, we will cancel the compeition. Participants will be notified by email and phone if possible.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is October 18th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
