General Info
League will take place in the Media Innovation Center (MIC).
The qualifying sessions will be on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Teams will participate in each of the qualifying sessions but will compete in only 1 of the two days of each session.
Qualifications Session 1: 3 Dec (Wed) and 11 Dec (Thurs)
Qualifications Session 2: 14 Jan (Wed) and 15 Jan (Thurs)
Qualifications Session 3: 11 Feb (Wed) and 12 Feb (Thurs)
Finals Session: 25 Feb (Wed) and 26 Feb (Thurs) - we will run the finals over these two days.
Each qualifying session and the finals session will allow all of the teams competing in matches to make 3 driver and 3 programming skills attempts.
Teams must compete in one league session to play in the finals, teams who compete in less than 60% of the qualifying matches will be ranked below all the teams who competed in at least 60% of the qualifying matches.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued to all paid teams within 8 weeks following the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Requests for refunds for teams must be made more than 10 weeks prior to the event, they will be issued within 8 weeks following the event. Otherwise, no refunds for teams who choose not to attend will be provided.
Payment Deadline is November 5th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
