General Info
Tournament Overview
The tournament will have one divison with two competition field, one practice field, and one skills field. We will be conducting the entire tournament on antistatic mats and using the VEX net control system.
Judging- For our home tournament, we will be conducting all in person judging. Judges will conduct interviews at tables in the pit area.
Team Swapping- As a reminder team switching policies have changged this year. If the event is full, only teams that have registered for two or fewer events are eligible to be swapped from that organization. Team swapping is not allowed within 2 weeks of standard events.
Payment Deadlines- Payment deadline for the event is set 2 weeks before the Nov. 1st. Teams will be removed from the tournament if payment is not received or if no other arrangements are made.

Participation and Consent Form - All participants must complete the consent form online before attending the event.
Waiting List - If this event is full, please add your team to the waitlist and contact the event partner, there are often last minute cancelations
Concessions-We will have a concessions stand serving lunch options. An email will be sent to coaches after registration.

If you are interested in helping at a robotics event or helping mentor a team please contact me. Some of the roles at an event are: set up, tear down, concessions, referees, judges, running tournament software and MC. If you would like to help at this event or future events contact the event partner. Some of these roles do require training before the event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather gets bad enough that the minimum number of teams won't be able to make it then we will cancel the event. If your team has decided not to attend due to weather please contact Chris Goble (918-397-4347) by phone or email immediately.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event the tournament is cancelled by the hosting school due to inclement weather or other unforseen circumstances, each team will recieve a refund for the full amount including the $5 RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
For teams that have already registered for the event, they need to request a refund one week before the event begins in order to receive a refund. The $5 RobotEvents fee is nonrefundable.
For teams that have registered and paid but do not show up the day of the event. The team registration fee and the RobotEbents fee will be nonrefundable.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
