Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In an event of an emergency, the event will be postponed. Coaches will be directly contacted.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, registration fee will be refunded or postponed to another scheduled date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, the registration fee will be refunded minus the $5 admin fee. However, this only applies at least a week before the start of the event. Reimbursement is not available if canceled within the week before the event.
Judging Format
In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
In-Person Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering Notebooks will be submitted at check-in for In-Person Judging.
- In-Person Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted at check-in the day of the event.
