Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We do not anticipate a weather-related cancellation due to the season and location. If weather prevents or delays your trip to the event from elsewhere in Arizona, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given (minus the $5 RobotEvents fee), unless other circumstances apply.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If your registration prevented someone else from registering, you will not receive a refund.
If a team is able to take your place, you may receive a refund (minus the $5 RobotEvents fee

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
