General Info
The Caribbean Robotics Academy (C.R.A.) is proud to host theCRA-Xmas of the VEX Robotics Competition 2025-2026 season in Puerto Rico. The event is open for High School and Middle School teams and will also be a qualifier for the National Championship. The tournament aims to increase student interest and participation in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) by engaging them in robotics and engineering challenges. Beyond science and engineering principles, C.R.A. encourages group creativity, teamwork, leadership, passion, and problem-solving. The staff of C.R.A. is excited to host a VEX Robotics Competition and ready to give all the teams an exceptional and unforgettable experience.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified, via email, if any event occurs that would jeopardize the CRA-Xmas Regional Tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
Suppose the event is suspended or delayed due to the pandemic or other force majeure. In that case, the cost and registration fees are not refundable. The participating teams shall bear the refund and loss of transportation and accommodation, and the event host shall not assume any responsibility.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, the cost and registration fees are not refundable
Judging Format
All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadline is December 02, 2025.
