Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible. In the unlikely event that Calala becomes an island due to flooding, we will inform team primary contacts in the morning of the event and schedule an alternative event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be processed

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds can be processed before the cut off the close date of registrations to the tournament

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
