Please look at the Volunteer Section. Robotics Tournaments run smoothly when we have enough volunteers during the day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- We will be using Smart Field Control connect to fields, please ensure your team has set up their V5 brain to connect to the field following the instructions available here

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be the Wednesday before the tournament and the exact date will be communicated with registered teams via email.
