Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds are given or a new date will be scheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds are given on a case by case basis under extreme circumstances and if a replacement team can be found to take your place.
Any refunds will be minus the $5 fee retained by RECF.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- The submission deadline for Engineering Notebooks is Wednesday, 10/22, at midnight.
