General Info
Event Details
Join us for our annual V5RC event! The tournament will feature qualification matches, followed by alliance selection and elimination rounds. Skills challenges and judging are optional.
Location
Spectator parking and team drop-off will in our south lot off Gross Point Road. Please enter through Door 13.
Concessions
We'll have concessions available during the qualification matches. We ask that spectators eat at the tables in the south lobby or in the pit areas.

If conditions are not safe we will update all teams Primary contacts for these changes. We will also post on the General Tab if the event is canceled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full Refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will be no refunds for teams who withdraw or do not attend the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
