Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If for any reason we run into inclement weather and have to cancel the event. We will try and reschedule, if cannot reschedule refunds will be issued minus the $5 REC Foundation processing fee per team.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be granted

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refunds will be granted.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
