General Info
This event will be held at Northfield Jr./Sr. High school located at 154 W 200 N, Wabash, IN 46992.
Event payments are expected when you register and must be completed 4 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register.
Concessions will be open throughout the day and pizza will be available for teams and spectators at lunch. Teams that wish to order pizza will need to place their order by February 20, 2026. (Google Form to order pizza will be linked here and emailed closer to the competition date.) Payment for pizza must come in the form of cash on the day of the competition.
Additional information about concessions and lunch will be shared approximately 3 weeks prior to the tournament. (CASH ONLY)
Power: Our goal is for each team to be provided with one plug for power, so please bring a power strip.
Internet: No WiFi (Teams must use a device with a personal hotspot or come with a working code already downloaded.)
Participation and Consent Form: A completed form for all participants must be completed online prior to the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on robotevents.com where updates will be posted. Coaches will also be notified by email in the event of a cancellation. Since this is the last Saturday that regular season events are allowed, we will do everything in our power to run the tournament as scheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded registration fees minus the $5 non-refundable fee to the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment Deadline is January 31, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
