General Info
Ths tournament will be run by Wallace State. This tournament will be held at Louis Pizitz Middle School Campus. There will be limited concessions available. Each school may register up to 6 teams. Details to come.
Welcome to The Hills Push Back hosted by VHCS Robotics Teams! This is a VEX V5RC blended event. It is open to any middle or high school team participating in VEX V5RC competitions.
Just a reminder that all competitions, including this one, are student-centered events. Only students and coaches are allowed in the pit area, robots are built and programmed by students, and students advocate for themselves after matches if there is a question about scoring or rules. Parents and other guests are welcome to watch from the stands.
All teams must bring extension cords and power strips for charging.
Note: Notebook judging will be in-person using hard copy. Printing a digital notebook and placing the pages in a binder is acceptable.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form. (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an Emergency/Bad Weather, the event will be canceled and the refunds will be provided less the $5 REC foundation fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be granted in the event of inclement weather or if the Event Partner cancels the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your team will not receive a refund.

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
