Welcome to Bengal Bowl II, Blythewood HIgh School's second annual VEX V5 Robotics Competition.

We can't wait to host your team for a day of competition and camaraderie.

8:30 am - 9:45 am Skills Challenge on all 4 Fields 

9:45 am - Drivers and Coaches meeting

10:00 am - 12:30 pm Qualifications Matches (Skills open on 1 field until 3:15 pm)

12:30 pm - 1:15 pm Lunch

1:15 pm - 3:15 pm Qualifications Continue 

3:30 pm - Alliance Selection

3:45 pm - Elimination Matches

5:00 pm - Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will always follow the advice of the state's emergency management service.  In the event of a weather event, the tournament will be cancelled.  In the event the tournament is cancelled, refunds will be given. Cancellation will be communicated no later than 24 hours before doors open.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund in the amount of $80 will be sent after the event is over.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a refund of $80 will be given if a team cancels within 48 hours of the event.  No refunds will be given for teams that have paid but do not show up.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The deadline for Engineering Notebook submission is Wednesday, Feb 4th by 11:59 p.m.
