Volunteer

Thank you for volunteering!  There will be a volunteer meeting at 7:30am.  Badges, breakfast and lunch is provided.  Just bring your smile and helping personality!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In an event of an emergency, the event will be postponed and rescheduled.  Coaches will be directly contacted.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event registration fee will be refunded or postponed to another scheduled date.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the registration fee will be refunded minus the $5 admin fee. However, this only applies no more than one week before the event. Reimbursement is not available one week before the event.

Health and Safety Policies

When assembling, programming, and competing with robots there are certain precautions which need to be observed. There are safety guidelines which will help you safely work with your robot.

Always wear safety googles when competing.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Engineeriing Notebooks are due no later than December 10th.
