General Info

Klamath Icebreaker Rookie will go from 4pm - 9-10pm Friday.

Skills will be offered.

This tournament is designed for ROOKIE teams. Varsity level teams should not register.

If there are enough middle school teams we will run them in their own division with their own champion.

We plan on doing remote Engineering Notebooks and the limited in person judging as time allows.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of cancellation we will issued refunds for the full amount ( - $5.00 Robot events fee)

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund ( -$5.00 Robot events fee)

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: On or before 12/6 - full refund (-$5.00 robot events fee). After 12/6 - 50% refund

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

We will try to interview all rookie teams on Friday if time allows.
