General Info
Requirements to enter this tournament.
You must qualify through a local Oklahoma V5RC qualifying event and receive an invitation to register from RobotEvents.
We will be doing judging onsite.
If you have a digital notebook it must be printed and in a binder so judges have a hard copy. It MUST be turned in on Friday March 13th.

Lunch is free for coaches, and registered team members.
We will also be selling extra Chick-fil-A sandwiches chips and a drink for $8.00 from at 11:00 1:00.
Our lunch break will be from 11:30 to 12:30 and will restart at exactly 12:30 with or without you on the field.

Some things you should know:
- We will be doing ALL judging onsite.
- If you have a digital notebook it must be printed and in a binder so judges have a hard copy.
- You MUST check-in, get inspected, and turn in your engineering notebook on March 13th.
- If you would like to run skills on March the 13th you may but it is not required. We will have skills open at 4:30-7:30.

LUNCH
- Chick-fil-A sandwich, chips,and a drink will be provided for coaches and registered team members.
- Their will also be additional Chick-fil-A sandwiches for $6.50, Chips for $1.50, Sodas for $1.50, Water for $1.00 and Candy for $2.00
- If a parent would like a combo meal, a Chick-fil-A sandwich, chips,and a drink it will be $8.00

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather and the tournament is unable to go as scheduled, an alternate date will be examined. A refund will not be issued.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
