General Info
Welcome to the 2026 Hawaii Regional VEX Robotics Tournament Hosted by Nanakuli High & Intermediate School and the Hawaii Army National Guard
The event will be held at the Army National Guard Facility, 97-1387 Saratoga Ave, Kapolei, HI, parking is available in the front of the building, the first 2 rows are reserved parking, do not park in the first 2 rows.
This is a live, in-person event.
Engineering notebooks will be judge prior to the event all engineering notebooks need to be uploaded into robot events by Jan 30, 2026 by 1159 local time
All interviews will be conducted at the event
This event will follow all local health and safety guidelines. In addition, Nanakuli may require additional health and safety protocols. An email blast will be sent out if any additional requirements need to be met.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be canceled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed $170 per team for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Once the registration deadline is reached, there will be no refunds unless the tournament is canceled because of the weather. Refunds will be $120, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant..
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline is Jan 30, 2026.
