General Info

This VEX V5 tournament is open to all middle and high school teams. Springfield is located in southeastern Vermont, right on the New Hampshire border, about 40 miles north of the MA border. The River Valley RADs are part of the New Hampshire/Vermont RECF region.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, a decision to cancel or postpone this event will be made by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19. If the organizers of this event cancel th event, a refund will be granted upon request.

No refunds will be granted if the event proceeds as scheduled and your team decised not to attend for any reason.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refunds will be made upon written request.

All refunds will be minus the $5 administrative fee retianed by RECF.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be granted.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
