Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather or emergency teams will be notified. Another date will be evaluated. If cancelled a refund will be issued with exception of the $5 fee from Robot evens.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A refund will be issued with the exception of the $5 fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
It is up to the coach to communicate with team members. In cases of emergencies a refund will be issued with the exception of the $5 fee.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
