General Info
Welcome to Shenandoah's Robotics Competition. This event will be held in the High School gym. We've been hosting events for a few years and we'll be working hard to make this one great. If you are looking for a smaller event to enter, look no further. We typically run ahead of schedule.
Note. We will be utilizing the smart field controllers this year. Please review the smart field controller information in the documents section. Have your robots ready to utilize this system upon arrival.

Coaches will be notified via email if inclement weather will lead to cancellation.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
