Concessions will be avaliable.

Judging will be in-person. If teams have digital notebooks, they need to be printed and bound for judges.

Incase of emergency or bad weather other dates will be evaluated.

Refunds will be issued if no dates are avaliable with the excpetion of $5 fee.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be issued minus the $5 fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

It is expected that coaches communicate with teams about dates. In case of emergencies refunds may be issued excpet for $5 fee.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
