General Info
This tournament will be Matches and Skills only, no notebooks. This early in the season notebooks will still be forming, but everyone needs match and driving experience.
A hospitatility room will be provided. If anyone would like to have their notebook reviewed and receive comments back I will be glad to send them to a few Judge Advisors for comments.
Venue will be determined over the next few weeks. It will be located in Elizabethtown KY. If you have any questions please email me at [email protected].
One large pizza per team is included in the tournament fee. More can be purchased the day of the tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All decisions on Bad Weather will be made in advance of the tournament. All communication will go through email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If we are plagued by weather we will cancel the event and return the tournament fees back to you minus the $5 RECF charge.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
