General Info
This is a single day event, starting at 8:00am and finishing at 5:00pm.
This event will host 30 teams for a competitive scrimmage amongst ACAMIS International School Teams.
Teams will compete in 7-8 qualifying matches with finals.

Students will not be allowed off campus for lunch during the event.
Lunch will be provided and is part of the student fees.

- 3:40 PM Alliance selection - elimination finals (Knockout)

Volunteer
Volunteers are required competition judging and tournament referees.
Training will be provided for volunteer judges, and travel and accomodation will be covered for volunteer tournament referees.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely event of an event cancelling weather event, all participating schools will be contacted, the event will be cancelled and all registration fees will be reimbursed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registration fees will be reimbursed
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registration fees will be reimbursed if 7 days nbotice is given to the event partner

Nanjing Railway Station is closer to NIS than Nanjing South Railway Station, and thus more convenient for arrival and departure. Additionally, Xianlin station is even closer if trains can be booked to arrive at that station.
