If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We will do everything possible to prevent cancellation. If the event has to be cancelled we will communicate arrangements to all registered teams. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Decisions on will be taken on a case by case basis. 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Please note that due to the size of the event, judging will be unoffical and won't be recognised on RobotEvents.
