Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In February we will always keep a close eye on the weather. Decisions to delay or cancel for any reason will be made in consulatation with Plymouth School Corporation's Director of Safety, Building Level Administrators, Local Coaches, and the Event Partner. We are comitted to ensuring everybody has a safe and fun day. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
 

Payment Deadline is January 17th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
