Agenda

  • 8:00 AM Venue opens to teams; check-in located at front of south cafeteria; inspection opens
  • 8:15 AM Practice fields open
  • 9:00 AM Opening ceremony and drivers' meeting
  • 9:15 AM Practice matches begin; skills field opens
  • 9:45 AM Qualification matches begin
  • 12:00 PM Qualification matches pause for lunch break; may be delayed to 12:15 if we are behind schedule
  • 12:45 PM Qualification matches resume
  • 4:00 PM Skills field closes; alliance selection begins, with elimination matches following after a short break
  • 6:30 PM Closing ceremony and awards

This event will run in all weather including extreme weather. If you can not make the event due to weather, no refund will be given.

If this event is cancelled by the event partner, refunds will be given in this circumstance.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be submitted by noon on November 22 (also the registration deadline).
