Open to all registered V5RC teams.  Event will start at 1:00, and will go until all teams have completed skills. We will be handing out 4 awards, the top 3 of skills and the energy award, so come well decorated and be ready to show your spirit!

Volunteers are needed and appreciated.  If possible, please help us with inspection, skills challenge field score keepers, field resetters, etc.  Contact [email protected] if interested in volunteering.  Thank you!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If local area weather is bad enought to warrant a tournament cancellation, an email to the coaches / contacts of registered teams will be sent by 3PM the day before the tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

 

Full refunds will be offered ASAP.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

 

Full refunds (minus the RECF $5/team fee) will be offered to teams that cancel on or before December 20th, 2025.
