Welcome to the Comets Clash V5 Tournament! We are excited to see you at our event this year. Please be sure to read all information and guidelines associated with this event.
All judging will be in person. Please bring a copy of your Engineering Notebook to the tournament to be reviewed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will keep in touch with the progress of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund on paid registration fees
Payment is due before 2025-11-28.
If a team cancels before the event:
Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until October 15, 2025
50% refund on paid registration fees from October 28, 2025 - November 28, 2025
No refunds after November 29, 2025
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging
The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges by 8 am.
