General Info

Skills: This tournament will offer skills all day (except lunch). 

Judging: This tournament will also offer judging. Team interviews will be in person at the event.  Teams must submmit their engineering notebooks via the link on their Robotevents team profile submitted by 10:00pm January 23th, 2026

Travel: Search "Western Pacific Robotics Academy" in Google maps for exact location. 

Lunch: We will have Pizza. You are welcome to bring your own lunch. There will be a concession of snacks and drinks.

9:45 am - Doors Open, Check-in, and Inspection 

Skills Field: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Judging: 10:00 - 1:30 pm (pick time slot on white board)

Qualification matches: 10:15am - 3:00 pm

---12:00 - 12:45 - Lunch (all activites paused)---

3:00 - 3:30 - Alliance Selection

3:30 - 4:30 - Finals Matches

4:30 - 5:00 - Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.

Payment Methods: Cheque is preffered made payable to Western Pacific Robotics Academy Society, E-transfer, Cash

US Teams: You are encouraged to bring $110 Canadian Cash. Or the exchagne rate will be $100 USD. 

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event.

Digital submission of Engineering notebooks.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their Robotevents team profile account due by 10:00pm January 23.
