Once a team is checked-in, they may start their skills.

8:45 am: Drivers meeting
10:00 am: Qualification Matches begin
Skills continue. Keep track of your schedule.
12:00 pm: Lunch (Students should not leave the tournament.)
12:30 pm: Qualification and Skills Matches resume
1:30 pm: Skills Line Closes
1:45 pm: Qualification Matches end
Alliance Selection- Immediately after the last match concludes
2:15 pm: Elimination Matches begin
3:30 pm: Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather the event will be canceled to ensure safety of those participating
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Full Repayment will be issued or Credit toward next event granted
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Full refund outside of 90 days, 50% refund after 90 days but before 30 days, 0% refund inside of 30 Days
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. All notebooks should be submitted digitally by Nov 29th. (JROTC teams may bring physical Notebooks on the day of. Please Contact Shawn Collins before to confirm)
