Team 188 is pleased to host the Toronto VEX V5 Robotics Competition

 

Pre-ordered lunches will be available, and order forms will be sent out leading up to the competition date.

Judging will be done in person.

 

Payments for registration will be shared in email with the primary contact for the team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, an email notification will be sent to registered teams if the event is canceled. Please ensure your team email contact information is up to date on Robot Events. Teams can contact us at (416) 836-7788 should they have any questions.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

You will get full refund

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refunds minus 5% administration fee will be given to teams if they cancel two weeks, prior to the competition date (January 3, 2026 by 12:00 P.M.).  After that no refund will be given.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
