General Info
Dear Teams,
We are thrilled to welcome you to the Rattler Roundup! The excitement is building, and I personally cannot wait to see all of the amazing competition that results from your hard work and dedication.
Important Reminders
1. Liability Forms – Every participant must have a completed release form. Please submit these as soon as possible: Participant Release Form
2. Preparation – Bring power strips, batteries, and all the essentials. Each team will have an outlet provided, but you’ll need your own power strip to make the most of it.
3. Competition Packing Suggestions
- Grab your safety glasses – they’re a must for keeping those peepers safe!
- Pack some spare parts and tools – you never know when they might come in handy!
- Don’t forget extra batteries and chargers – let's keep the energy high!
- Bring along a Micro USB cable and your laptop or ipad – for all those last-minute tweaks!
Let’s make it a day to remember!
We couldn’t do this without our amazing volunteers, and while many new helpers have stepped up, we still need a few more:
- Score Keepers – At least 15 years old, not directly tied to a competing team.
- Judges – A handful more would make a big difference. We need at least 8.
- Field Resetters – Energetic and able to read a field diagram (perfect for student/ Sibling volunteers!).
Please consider giving some time—you’ll be making a huge impact on the success of the event. Volunteer sign-up is available through the website.
We are eagerly counting down to an unforgettable event! Thank you for your unwavering dedication, thorough preparation, and boundless energy. Together, we will ensure that the Rattler Roundup is a competition to remember!
Thank you for being part of this effort—we couldn’t do it without you!
