Hello Teams,

Thank you for registering for the iDESIGN Central Toronto VEX Robotics Competition at St. Michael’s College School! We’re excited to welcome you to a day of competitive matches, collaboration, and hands-on engineering.

We’ll email detailed event information closer to the date, including the event schedule, check-in procedures, and venue logistics. A lunch order form (pizza by team) will also be sent closer to the event to tally quantities.

What To Bring:

Food will be available for pre-order. Outside food is permitted, please be tidy.

Please submit payment within one month of registration. Timely payment helps us avoid last-minute cancellations and ensures we can accommodate all teams.

Refunds: Teams wishing to cancel and receive a refund must notify Diana Kim ([email protected]) by Friday, January 9, 2026. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date. Please refer to the payment and refund policies for full details.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
