Welcome to the DeKalb High School Blended VEX Robotics Competition!
Middle school and high school VEX V5 Robotics Competition teams are invited to join us for an exciting in-person tournament featuring skills challenges and in-person judging.

Enter through Door 24 on the north side of the building off the main parking lot.

Concessions will be available throughout the day.

Registration fees may be waived on a first-come, first-served basis for teams that provide volunteers or competition fields and game elements.

Our tournament depends on the support of volunteers to create a great experience for all participating teams! We welcome you to serve in a variety of roles to help make the event a success.
Teams that provide volunteers or competition fields and game elements may be eligible to have their registration fee waived, based on availability and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to hold the tournament as scheduled. However, if travel or facility conditions become unsafe, the event may be delayed or canceled.
All updates and important announcements will be communicated directly to registered teams via email.
If the event must be canceled, teams will receive a refund minus the Robot Event fees.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize the safety of all participants and volunteers.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the Robot Event Fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks before the event to be issued a refund. (Refunds will be minus the processing fee from Robotevents.com)
Payment Deadline is January 10, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
